Born to Mr. R.F.S. Mascarenhas and Florina Mascarenhas as the 1st child on 3rd June 1949 in Kadri, Mangalore, KarnatakaState, South India. Baptized in St. Sebastian’s Church, Bendur, Mangalore on 15th June 1949. He has two younger sisters. His Father was working in the Indian Air Force.

• a) After Schooling in St. Columba’s, Delhi, he entered the Minor Seminary in Ajmer from 1966 to 1969.
• b) Went to the Major Seminary, St. Pius X College, Goregaon, Mumbai to complete B.A.Hons and Philosophy from 1969 to 1975.
• c) Studied Theology in Vidyajyoti, Delhi (B.Th.) from 1975 to 1978.
• d) Ordained Priest on 17th December 1977.
• e) Appointed Secretary to Archbishop Angelo Fernandes from 1978 to 1980.
• f) He holds Masters Degree in English
• g) B.Ed
• h) Also worked as Assistant Youth Director with Fr. Neville Lobo from 1985 to 1991.
• i) Appointed as Rector, Vinay Gurukul, Minor Seminary, Gurgaon from 20th June 1992 to 1997.
• j) Appointed Rector Pratiksha, Major Seminary from 1997 to 2000.
• k) Appointed Parish Priest St. Teresa’s Church, PushpVihar from 17th April 2000 to 2002.
• l) Worked in the Steering Committee of the Archdiocesan Synod in the year October 2002.
• m) Appointed Director for Small Christian Communities from July 2002
• n) Appointed Director of Prayer Movements on June 23rd 2003
• o) Appointed Chairman of the Delhi Diocesan Service Team (Charismatic Renewal) from June 2004.
• p) Also have been conducting camps for children, youth and school teachers for many years. Has also been conducting retreats for children, youth, seminarians, lay people, Sisters, Brothers and Priests.
• q) In July 2006 appointed Rector of the regional propaedeutic seminary KristuJyoiGurukul at KauliRajpura

• 1. Ordained Priest on 17th December 1977 for the Delhi Catholic Archdiocese.
• 2. Holds a Bachelor of Theology from Vidyajyoti Institute of Religious Studies, Delhi.
• 3. Holds a bachelor degree in Psychology - Bombay University and a Masters in English from Punjab University. Has a Bed degree.
• 4. Pastoral experience of about 20 years in various parishes and mission and schools of the Delhi diocese.
• 5. Also held the post of Youth Coordinator for 6 years (1985-91)
• 6. Was appointed Rector of the Minor & Major Seminary for 8 years (1992-2000)
• 7. Director for Small Christian Communities (2002-till date)
• 8. Chairman and Spiritual Director for Delhi Charismatic Renewal Services (DCRS) (2003-till date).
